The location was quite good for accessing the city center shops and amenities.

I found the lack of information regarding the off-site parking frustrating because it was not directly at the hotel. The hotel didn't mention this on the website when I booked it. I had to drive around quite a bit to find it late at night.

The room was very clean. It had good size. The staff is very friendly and helpful here. Breakfast had a plentiful and varied buffet. Its quality was good and well presented, too. The staff was attentive and cleared the tables throughout the meal. The hotel's location is perfect for getting around. I could easily access many places. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I really appreciated that.

Doors slamming woke me up more than once. They were so loud it shook my bed!

The carpet on the corridor had many stains. The room felt cramped considering the price (.. ) Air conditioning did not prevent stuffiness.
